How is a wall mounted marble sink installed?
It mounts into wall studs or masonry using heavy-duty steel brackets, then connects like any wall-hung basin. Any plumber can fit it; we include guidance with every order.
How much weight can a wall hung marble sink be?
Our wall-mount pieces typically weigh 15–35 kg (33–77 lbs). For a structural reference point, ASME A112.19.2-2018/CSA B45.1-18 (Ceramic Plumbing Fixtures, 3rd edition), clause 6.7.3.1, tests a wall-mounted lavatory with a 1.1 kN (250 lbf) static load “applied on the top surface on the front of the lavatory rim”. That is the benchmark the ceramic fixture industry works to; we size our bracket system for the carved stone weight plus that figure, into 16 in. on-centre studs or masonry.
Can the backsplash be customized?

Can a wall mount sink meet ADA accessibility requirements?
Yes — wall-mount basins are the classic accessible layout. The 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design cap the front of the rim at 34 in. (865 mm) above the finish floor (§606.3) and require knee clearance 27 in. (686 mm) high, at least 8 in. (203 mm) deep at that height and 11 in. (279 mm) deep at 9 in. (229 mm), across a 30 in. (762 mm) minimum width (§306.3). A floating basin supplies that clearance by design, where a vanity cabinet cannot. We carve basin depth and faucet drilling to suit an accessible installation.
Will the marble look the same on my wall as in your photos?
Close, but your lighting will shift it — and a floating basin is seen from more angles than a dropped-in one, so this matters more here. Bulb labels are categories, not measurements: under ANSI/NEMA/ANSLG C78.377-2008, nominal 3000 K means a target of 3045 K ±175 K, so two in-spec “soft white” bulbs can sit ~350 K apart. Finish matters too. The Natural Stone Institute’s Dimension Stone Design Manual (2022) puts it plainly: “A high polish will bring out the color of the stone to its fullest, because it will optimally reflect the light” — and “conversely, a textured finish will always appear lighter.” We cover the full spec in how bathroom lighting changes the colour of a stone basin.
