We reply within 24 hours with a fixed quote — insured DDP shipping included, no hidden fees. Pay securely by card or invoice link.
Within 48 hours of payment we send a technical drawing of your piece. Production starts only after your approval.
Carving takes 2–3 weeks; insured express delivery about 1 more week, in a custom wooden crate with tracking and photo updates.
