How long does it take to make and ship my sink?
Each sink is handcarved to order in 2-3 weeks, and delivery takes about 1 more week with insured express air shipping - so you'll receive your order in roughly 3-4 weeks total. Every order includes tracking, and we message you at each stage: carving finished, quality check, and shipment.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No - all our prices include duties and taxes (DDP shipping). The price you see at checkout is the final price. We ship worldwide via express courier with full insurance, and there are no surprise fees on delivery in the US, EU, UK, Canada, or Australia.
What happens if my piece arrives damaged?
You're fully covered: if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we offer a free replacement or a full refund - your choice. Photograph the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery and contact us. Every piece is packed in a custom wooden crate with foam protection, so damage is rare, but you take zero risk.
Can I order a custom size, stone, or design?
Yes - custom orders are our specialty. We carve any piece in your exact dimensions, in any of our stones (Calacatta Viola, Calacatta Gold, Carrara, Nero Marquina, Rosso Levanto, Lilac, Arabescato, or travertine). Send your measurements through the Custom Order form and we'll reply with a quote and a technical drawing, usually within 24 hours. Custom sizes typically cost the same or slightly more than standard sizes.
Do I get to see the actual stone before my piece ships?
Yes. For stones with dramatic veining - Calacatta Viola, Arabescato, Rosso Levanto - we can send photos of the selected block before carving, and we always send real photos and videos of YOUR finished piece for approval before it ships.
How do I care for a marble or travertine sink?
A natural stone sink needs about 5 minutes of care per month. Every piece ships pre-sealed. Clean with a soft cloth and pH-neutral soap (avoid vinegar, lemon, or bleach), wipe up cosmetics promptly, and re-apply a wipe-on stone sealer every 6-12 months. With this routine, marble and travertine last for decades.
What size sink do I need, and how heavy are they?
Check three measurements: your vanity or counter width, wall-to-front depth, and drain position. Standard vessel sinks are typically 40-60 cm (16-24 inches) wide and weigh 15-35 kg (33-77 lbs); exact dimensions and weight are on every product page. All sinks use a standard 45 mm (1.75 inch) drain opening compatible with US and EU pop-up drains. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your bathroom and we'll advise.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but never identical - that's the nature of real stone. Every block has unique veining, so your piece is one of a kind. Colors and character will match what you see in our photos, and we send photos of your actual finished piece before shipping.
What's included with my sink?
Your order includes the sink, pre-sealed and ready to install, in a protective wooden crate. Faucets, drains and wall-mount brackets are not included - any standard pop-up drain fits, and we sell heavy-duty steel brackets separately. Installation is straightforward for any plumber, similar to any vessel or wall-hung sink.
I'm renovating - when should I place my order?
Order 4-6 weeks before your installation date. You can also add a note 'do not ship before [date]' at checkout, or ask us to contact you before dispatching - we'll hold your finished piece safely crated until you're ready.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes - you can change or cancel free of charge any time before you approve the technical drawing (production hasn't started yet). After carving begins, changes are no longer possible since each piece is cut for your order specifically.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes - we work with interior designers, architects, hotels and contractors on multi-unit and project orders, with trade pricing, consistent stone batching and coordinated production schedules. Apply through our Trade & Wholesale page.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. US, EU, UK, Canada and Australia orders are fully DDP - duties and taxes paid by us, zero import paperwork for you. For other regions, contact us and we'll confirm the exact door-to-door service for your address.
Where are your pieces made?
Every piece is handcarved in our family atelier in Antalya, Turkey, using blocks from the Anatolian marble region, where stone has been quarried and carved for over 2,000 years.
