Production & delivery time: Each piece is handcarved to order (2-3 weeks), then delivered in about one week via express courier with full tracking. Total: roughly 3-4 weeks from order to doorstep.

Where we ship: Worldwide. Buyers in the US, EU, UK, Canada, and Australia have no import surprises — everything is handled before delivery.

Packaging: Every piece ships in a custom wooden crate with foam protection, fully insured against damage or loss in transit. You receive tracking and stage-by-stage updates.
