Because every piece is carved to your order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Instead, you're protected by our Damage-Free Guarantee.

Our guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you choose a free replacement or a full refund. Simply send photos of the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery.

Custom order protection: Custom orders are additionally protected by drawing approval before production — you always see and approve exactly what will be carved before we begin.
