Shipping Policy

All prices include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping: duties, taxes, and insurance are covered. The checkout price is final, with no surprise import fees.

Production and delivery time

Each piece is handcarved to order, which takes 2-3 weeks. Delivery then takes about one week via DHL Express with full tracking. Total: roughly 3-4 weeks from order to doorstep.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Buyers in the US, EU, UK, Canada, and Australia have no import surprises; everything is handled before delivery.

Packaging

Every piece ships in a custom wooden crate with foam protection, fully insured against damage or loss in transit.
