Because every piece is carved to your order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Instead, you're protected by our Damage-Free Guarantee.

Our guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you choose a free replacement or a full refund. Simply send photos of the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery.

Custom order protection

Custom orders are additionally protected by drawing approval before production. You always see and approve exactly what will be carved before we begin, so there are no surprises.
