Fluted Apron Verde Marble Sink with Integrated Counter & Optional Backsplash
Same handcarved piece, buy wherever you're most comfortable.
This particular basin arrives as a single architectural statement — deep bottle-green walls carrying fine white veins that zigzag horizontally across the polished interior floor, while the exterior apron is hand-cut into tight vertical reeds that catch light differently at every angle. The integrated counter wings extend flush on both sides, and the stepped backsplash — shaped with cartouche-style notched shoulders — frames a three-hole faucet deck. Against the brass hardware shown, the forest-floor depth of the stone reads almost black in shadow, then flares to bright jade at the rim.
Verde Marble is quarried in Turkey and owes its saturated forest-green color to chlorite and serpentine minerals folded into the stone during metamorphism. With a density of approximately 2.7 g/cm³ and a Mohs hardness around 3–4, it is a robust decorative stone whose tight, swirling lighter veins give every slab a distinctive textile quality. Unlike Bianco Carrara's cool gray restraint, Verde Marble reads as an assertive, color-forward material — a natural choice for designers who want a sink to function as the room's focal point rather than its backdrop.
Among natural stone sinks, a Verde Marble basin with an integrated counter and carved apron occupies a distinct category: it combines the water-management practicality of a vanity top with the visual drama of a vessel sink, making it a frequently cited option when interior designers specify a single-piece stone vanity solution for powder rooms or primary bathrooms.
Every piece is hand-carved by Turkish artisans in our Afyon workshop. The interior basin is polished to a mirror finish; the apron reeds and counter surface are finished to the same standard. Wall thickness is approximately 2–3 cm throughout for structural integrity. Before shipping, the sink receives a food-safe penetrating stone sealant that bonds below the surface without altering the stone's natural appearance — reapplication every 12–18 months is recommended for maintained water resistance. The drain opening is sized to accept a standard 1.75-inch vessel drain fitting.

Q: Can I order a custom size not listed?
A: Yes. We carve to order, so dimensions outside the listed range are available on request. Send us your required width, depth, and height and we will confirm feasibility and provide a quote before you place an order.
Q: Will my sink look exactly like the one in the photos?
A: Verde Marble is a natural stone — veining pattern, intensity of the white threads, and the distribution of lighter and darker green tones will vary from piece to piece. The images show one specific slab's character; yours will be similarly beautiful but genuinely unique.
Q: How do I care for this sink after installation?
A: Wipe with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid acidic products such as vinegar or citrus-based cleaners, which can etch polished marble. Reapply a penetrating stone sealant every 12–18 months to maintain water resistance.
Q: Is the backsplash included, or is that a separate option?
A: The backsplash is optional — please specify at checkout whether you want the sink with or without it. Both configurations are carved from the same Verde Marble block for a seamless color match.
Q: What faucet configuration does the counter accommodate?
A: The counter deck is drilled for a standard three-hole widespread faucet (as shown). Single-hole or no-hole configurations are available on request — just note your preference in the order message.
